Asian American Senior Citizen Association (AASCA) will have its first gathering for February, 2012 on Wednesday, February 8th , at 5377 New Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. All Asians over 55 years of age are welcome to participate. It is a time for making friends, enjoying old friends and having fun together.
On Wednesday, February 8th, there will be a ceremony administered by Mr. Alex Wu, the President of AASCA Board of Directors to thank the Lion’s Club for its donation of 1500.00 to the AASCA. Lion’s Club President Eric Lu will be making the ceremonial presentation.
There will a guest speaker at the February meeting. Dr. 王清風 will be speaking on “Stroke, its cause, symptom, and prevention”
In addition to the above mentioned activities Master潘國榮 will be teaching the Tai Chi Exercise, and Lisa Chny will leading the Exercise with Rhythm, as well as the routine activities, such as: Line Dance, Ball Room Dance, Folk Dance, Karaoke, Ping Pang, Ma Jung, Chinese chess, etc. All Asians over 55 are welcome. A special welcome to all News reporters.
The annual fee for AASCA is $20.00. AASCA meets twice a month: On the second Wednesday of every month and the last Sunday of every month.
