Job duties (but not limited to the following):
Answer customer's call, reply customer's email on a timely manner.
Use customized tools to search and analyze customer’s needs and prospective.
Balance the accounts.
Job requirements:
Bilingual (Chinese and English), good written and oral communication skill in English.
Willing to work with a team with good communication skills. Willing to learn all areas in the company.
Proficient in Word and Excel applications.
Salary is based on your experience.
